I remember when I had my first apartment to decorate!! I went to my local HomeGoods and had grand plans to decorate the shelf above our T.V. I found all these pretty ornate frames in varying colors of purple and silver. I was so excited about them! I got way too many to the point that the shelf regularly fell off the wall!! ha ha I also got some purple pillows to match the couch! My style has certainly evolved from those newlywed d?cor decisions but regardless decorating that little one bedroom apartment and making it ours made me so happy and gave me pride to show off our little space to friends and family.
