Welcome to my fall farmhouse home tour! Today I am going to show you my home all spiffed up for fall! I took a different approach this year and wanted to keep things super neutral and well WHITE! as you will see! One of the things I love about dressing my home up year to year is that I am not stuck to anything in particular and can always go bold or simple depending on my mood! This year I would say I am going more simple! I didn’t pull out my pumpkins or fall foliage but instead used very minimal touches of fall to create a very bright an airy fall feeling in my home!
I think each year my style evolves more and more and I get closer and closer to what I truly love instead of letting trends dictate what I do. I think you have to do what works for your style and your home and never worry about what is and isn’t trendy! Because you should decorate for yourself after all! You’re the one who has to live with it you might as well love it right?!!
I was inspired by the pussy-willow branches that I found at home goods. I saw them and instantly remembered that I had this amazing mirror tucked away in a closet (what a shame right?!!) and I knew I would follow a very simple color pallet this year! Next I naturally had to grab a few cotton sprigs and that was I took home to get started on this years fall tour!
Rachel is my go to girl for pillows and quilts etc! so she made all the pillow covers save for the two largest white ones and the quilt that is draped over the back of the couch! Her work is always so incredible! You can snag some for yourself HERE her shop is called Little Bits of Everything.
Here are the details of the room! and where to find everything to recreate the look!
